What is happening is that your client is trying to load "Skins" skins are what go onto models to make them look like... things with texture. I personally dislike laptops and you probably just need to clean your computer up use Ccleaner and Defraggler and it might not do it anymore or as often. Or it could be just that you have an older pc and you dont have an updated service pack or you might have windows 2000 or something like that. Or a older version of xp or vista all of those will do that.

Somehow, the textures got messed up and the icons were all off (Somehow, I don't think Heroic Strike is the symbol for Death Coil). It was awesome when part of the sky in Outland was the First Aid icon, though.
