I was wrong about racial clashes between blacks and whites during Obama's presidency. I haven't heard anything or seen any race riots or racist incidents. Obama is extremely unpopular in Southwest Virginia where I live. I haven't had people yell racist slurs at me, but wouldn't be surprised if it did happen. I would be concerned if this economy were to stop recovering. Obama has not proposed any policies that would is deemed bias towards blacks in his term in office, so that helps him in away.
