  • @BillyJackRights...Thanks for posting this clip. I just saw the film & was thinking about posting it myself because it relates just as much to 1971 as it does to today. Replace the word "Communist" with "terrorist" & the country "Russia" with the fabled boogieman "Iran" & you've got a clear picture of the present. Anyone who believes the media & government propaganda is just giving the government permission to tare up the Constitution & Bill of Rights...which they have happily done.

  • @MrSpooky787 No. Here on YouTube. There's a video interviews with Debbie Schock (Kit), Vic Isay (Doc), and Susan Sosa (Sunshine).

  • @BillyJackRights Oh, okay. I'll check them out. Thanks.

  • @MrSpooky787 We did a bit, look for our video where several of the original cast talk about how they got their parts in Billy Jack.

  • @BillyJackRights Are you referring to the Billy Jack dvd?

  • Thank you, MrSpooky787.

  • @BillyJackRights You guys ever think about putting out info on what ever happened to the actors and actresses on the Billy Jack movie? That would be great. Always wondered what happened to them. Thanks in advance.

  • This movie is the greatest movie that I have ever seen. I remember when it came to the theaters here in Ohio. I think I saw it 14 times. So glad it's on DVD. Thanks Tom and Delores for making this great film. Fantastic just doesn't describe it. It's message is one we should all live by.

  • @marvy1118

Thanks! Billy Jack doesn't get a lot of credit except for having been insanely successful and introducing the western world to karate. But Delores Taylor (Jean) did earn a Golden Globe nomination. The film was 'natural' and raw, which was partly on purpose, and partly because there was so little money to make it.

Thanks much for your kind words.

  • This is just a portion of the whole scene. I just watched the movie and I was very impressed by the naturalness of this whole council hearing part. It was very lifelike and hard to believe that it was all coreographed and scripted. I think it should be held up as a landmark scene in movie schools, but it won't be because Billy Jack is considered 'B' grade material. But the council hearing is perfect, great filmmaking.
