Yeah, that's Diana as Brooklyn as a kid. By the time she sings "Once Upon a Time", she's all grown up. I think the narrator says that. It makes more sense in the show.

the younger voice for Brooklyn- is that voice done by the actress playing Brooklyn? Like is that eden doing the voice on the OBC recording? cuz in this vid when it came to the part when the little one says "anything is possible" it soundede like diana, but not before.

The young Brooklyn voice? That's definitely Diana in the recording (it probably doesn't sound quite like her regular Brooklyn voice because it isn't-she's putting on a younger voice to make the distinction between the ages). I would assume Eden did the same thing on the OBC recording.

I perfer her voice in the lower key. She uses her nose a lot when she goes for really high notes, which is actually PERFECT singing technique, but it doesn't flatter her voice as much as 1/2 a step down.

The Brooklyn tour ends either this week or next, I believe. Sad. It's only 2 1/2 months. The tour is supposedly going to return next summer--but the show isn't selling well at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bring it back. Maybe they just need to play in smaller theaters than the music hall in Dallas--with over 3,000 seats.
