On the other side of that, when he's on the ice, the opponent draws 1.5 more (almost an entire penalty more) when he is on the ice (from 4.2 to 5.7).

But there have been better agitators than Steve Ott that drop the mitts to stick up for at least themselves and to prove that they have a place in the game and aren't just mouths running around the ice starting fights that they don't finish. Agitators didn't always just run around getting the crap beaten out of them. They'd take 5 minutes to sit with someone like Lindros or Pronger in exchange in the end. Don't see a lot of that with Ott even though he may have the "numbers."
