As a Forsken myself, I agree with both of them. For Sylvanas, an important factor for her people is free will. Every single Forsaken fights because they WANT to, not to mention their loyalty to the horde.
But for Garrosh, first do the Stonetalon Mountains quest line. He brings up an extremely good point about honor. I could not honestly call him my Warchief until that quest.
All in all, Garrosh should lead the orcs while Thrall leads the entire horde. Sylvanas is still badass.

Blizzard said there are going to be changes in the faction's leaderships. It could mean that the existing leaders will have a deeper plot to them or different leadership altogether. In the end we all know that there will be peace but until then, Thrall and Jaina cannot shine. As long as the war goes on, it will be Garrosh vs. Varian and maybe after that Thrall and Jaina can establish a mutual alliance between the factions, probably around the time of the last expansion (Sargeras).

Thrall and Sylvanas worked together to destroy Varimathras after his betrayal at UC, he will not appreciate Garrosh's attitude, especially the death of Cairne and exile of Vol'jin..

Blizzard obviously has no intention of keeping Garrosh around for any further expansion than that of Cataclysm, the way he acts towards the other members of the Horde is bound to ensure a coup. Besides, Thrall shall return, by which time, he shall reclaim his right as Warchief.
Thrall and Sylvanas worked together to destroy Varimathras after his betrayal at UC, he will not appreciate Garrosh's attitude, especially the death of Cairne and exile of Vol'jin..
(Stop hating on Sylvanas) .

Obviously again, Varimathras, the 2 Sylvanas and Thrall, are one good ass team . they saved UC . And Thrall wants peace beetween Varian, but Jaina is the only one who gets along with Thrall And Sylv. Garrosh is the new warchief, and will remain so for a long time. Blizzard made me an arrogant warmonger who is unpopular ro that the character could grow and progress, he will learn from people like Saurfang and Baine etc.

Thrall said there were times where he couldn't hold the Horde (actually reffering to the battle for UC) and that he choosed Garrosh because he was a hero. Also, he said he know it wouldn't be easy, but it would be the best for the Horde.

He got a wife and is about to be a father and as his questline clearly revealed he just wants a family and world peace - He will probably remain the second leader of the Earth Ring while Garrosh redeems himself and keeps the all-out-war attitude, and all-out-war is what the next expansion shall be about.

@nevermore1343 Yeah and under Sylvanas rule they managed to fuck up everything Thrall has done. Sylvanas says it was Varimathras, but in the questlines for the plague it clearly says "The Dark Lady".
Sylvanas also says "What are we if slaves to this torment?" and such things when you speak to her, clearly stating that being a Forsaken is painful. And everybody knows that it is and without any disregard for these victims, she does it. She totally deserved being called a bitch.

- The fact that she does not care is NOT a positive thing. She's a leader. A leader has responsibilities.
- She was more insulting to Garrosh with sarcasm over her loyalty to him than he was to her. Consider that disputing loyalty is MUCH more insulting to an Orc than the insult "Bitch" is to a Forsaken.
- The Forsaken WOULD NOT survive a war against the Horde with the Alliance at the gates of their territories. She doesn't have time to fool around with the Horde's leader
