I stumbled upon Map of What is Effortless years ago, but I was too young to appreciate or understand it, so I just put it away and forgot about it. I read an interview recently with Misha where he said that they're one of his favorite artists, and that inspired me to go back and give them a second chance. Now I don't know what must've been going through when I initially thought this incredible music was "boring"

@nightromance10 There are many artists like this out there, including Vector Lovers, Tycho, Flying Lotus, M83, Trentemoller, Boards Of Canada, Cosmic Belt, Telepopmusik, Royksopp, Jimpster, Jaytech, Ronin, Five Deez, Nujabes, and Cepia.

The thing is, they're hard to find because of the suffocating blanket the mainstream labels have put over real music. If you've ever read The Giver by Lois Lowry, you have an idea of what is going on here.
