If you are going to video tape a session or more of a game, the least they can do is check their sound before releasing to YT, check the camera for picture, let the audience know who the characters are and what level they are,..Things about them, about the adventure...Very POOOORRLLLLYYYYYY DONE!!!!!! DO IT RIGHT OR DONT YT it!!!!!! LEARN FROM ESPER OR Chris Perkins Of Wizards...Sound Sucks-Video Sucks...

@commander1241 A Baseball pitcher? Maybe that's why. I'm still not certain though how being a pitcher (if you're referring to baseball) constitutes as not being nerdy.
My group is playing 3.5, and it's hella fun. At first, I wasn't crazy about the abstract nature of the game, but as time has gone by, I enjoy the imaginative part of it. The rules of the game follow reality far more than it first seems. What you'd expect in real life is usually what you can expect in-game. Definitely a nice alternative to video games.
I know u guys are really advanced, but if there's any tips you can give me as I am trying to build a group from our office, I'd really appreciate it (last time i played was 01)
I believe so, a buddy is going to GM for us, havent purchased anything as of yet due to high workload, just wondering what we should get in preparation...
We're all military and aren't looking to get too serious, just something to do in between ops
@SefMags all you really need to get your feet wet is a players hand book for each player or one for your group if funds are tight and your dm needs a monster manuial and a dms guide thats all you need to just get your feet wet there are of course a lot more that you can get but not truely nessiary

What is with people recording themselves playing D&D? It's like watching someone play monoply.
