I sympathize with those who inherited dark circles. I have that type and I've had them since I was a teenager. @HelloImMel - I know. I tried to cover it up with concealers and foundations, but it never matches the rest of my skin. You can tell i'm wearing concealer, which looks stupid, so now I don't bother covering it up. I just leave them cause they're probably never going to fade away =/

Just a warning for people who try the pepper, it BURNS. Also, for cuts on your face if you're afraid they'll scar I highly suggest growing aloe plants. When I was little we had one in our yard and we would break off a tiny bit of a leaf and put the sap (I guess that's what it was?) directly on it, the next day it would be gone. Also, thank you SO much for this video! I've always just used yellow!

okay so, i have extremely puffy dark circles under my eyes and i use a ton of makeup to cover it, but it never actually covers them.. is there any way to get rid of them or lighten them? i take atleast an hour every morning before school trying to cover my under eye circles and they still are very noticable for me. also, when i put a ton of makeup on under my eyes my eyes tend to swell or look smaller and itch because of all the chemicals under my eyes.. i realllly don't know what to do lol

you and my friend got the same case, i suggested her to use stuff like eye cream available in the market and do some self-regimen i do for myself and it really worked for her.. what i use is (sounds kinda weird but really works amazingly) egg white for face mask, it really removes deadcells and decreases wrinkles, and for cooling my face i use gentle sweet toothpaste as face wash.(but if u do have sensitive face better disregard the toothpaste) cooling sensation of the tutpaste rili helps.

I sleep at least 7/9 hours a night, it is SO annoying when ppl say sleep more, change diet etc. I spend a fortune on vitamins, eye creams etc.

My dad has dark circles, as did granddad etc. It's horrible, the worst thing about me :(

If the circles are truly purple, then yellow would work, but they usually aren't.

I think I'll have to try that foundation. I have the hardest time matching my fair-pinkish skin tone. Everything ends up looking orange on me.

Hi, Your video was helpful!specially the NYX tropical e/s suggestion. I just to add something about Aleo Vera. It is really good for sun burn and uneven skin tone too. I have been applying aleo vera gel (bought from Whole Foods) since rougly 20 days. I have noticed that i am having even skin now. Just apply slightly thick amount to aleo vera gel all over my face and eyes on clean face. I do this before go to bed. Just want to share with you. Hope it will help someone!

mixing colors wtf, that makes no sense, I thought you would want to use a lighter color, mixing of any colors is not necessary just get a concealer that is just a litter lighter than your skin

the point is to counteract the blue, or purple. if you just use a lighter color, it sometims works, but If it's too light you get an opposite racoon effect and can look sickly.

It depends on your skin, it stings some people, not others. If it stings in your eye, you are getting too close to your eye. if it stings your skin, it might be broken or dry, so make sure you moisturize really well.

Yellow is for purple bags. Blue isn't really a natural skin color. But it does tend on your skin color really. A warm yellow works well, for me.

once again, It all depends. I've just found that A soft orangeish salmon color works for most people, and a lot better than yellow. But A warm yellow is a long the same lines. A limey yellow would be pretty bad, for most skin.
