  • I love the sound of this song!!! Magnificent! I love it!! Gary- you are so hot!!!

  • Another great song from Gary !!

  • I really wish he did this song on his 2010 tour

  • terrific version of a terrific song

  • omg love this song like all the versions especially the punk version he did in either 77 or 78 NUMAN ROCKS ALWAYS HAS WOOOOO

  • I liked this song on the Tubeway Army cd, but to me the best version of it is on White Noise. That album was an ace live, every song played perfect and his voice sounded liek a studio recording.

  • he rules still this song is filled with good memories

  • Still great to Watch!

    .66.

  • replicas album

    track 3?

  • this is on his first album it was just called tubway army

  • Yep, and there's also an alternate version with the original on The Plan.

  • My favorite of the Tubeway Army songs, though I'm sorry they cut out the end chant.

  • tubeway army is ruling my fucking world!

  • A classic!

    Coxynuma.66.

  • fucking rocks

  • Great track, from "the old Tubeway Army Days" !!!

    Meanwhile a real classic !!!

  • I love the early Tubeway Army stuff.

  • i can never really tell the words usually when i listen to this song, but this one i could

  • Great song - one of the first Numan songs I ever heard.

It needs a re-evaluation to fit in with the Jagged/Splinter era

  • Noooooooo that would ruin it.

  • @diesonneuk There is one. Look up the version from the Exposure compilation.

  • wow

  • cant stop play this!! great post

  • how brilliant is that

  • I've always put this song up with my other Numan favorites. I'm so glad he revisited his original music.

  • Great version of the original song from his Tubeway Army album in early days. Check out that album. I think it was self titled.

  • Deep dark and not afraid to sing.

Beats all the frantic manic guitar bangers hands down.

    Good stuff.

  • Excellent stuff! This entire DVD is fantastic. 20 songs plus interviews with all the band members. His live version of Bleed is sonic mayhem at its very best, it even brought a tear to my eye. Rock on Gary!

  • Fun,stupendous, awesome, dehumanised humanity, mechanized pain, sterile frailty, circutized love, great.

  • This song is so damned good. I think I should consider buying this dvd as others have said. I love Gary Numan's music.

  • I love this track, what a little gem.

  • Great! Its good to see Gary performing old tracks!

He has not forgot the old fans along the way.Love him. Coxynuma.66.

  • Absolutely stunning. Thanks a lot for posting this, must buy the DVD now!

  • Gary was so good in his heyday that Bowie got nervous.

  • I'm in the audience!Love it!Got the dvd got the t-shirt!Dragged my hubby along to show him what real music is must have liked it cos we been to see him again at newcastle carling academy since.

  • Excellent!Gary Numan is a superstar

  • This is a great video! I hate buying concert DVDs, but this is a definite consideration.

  • I saw Numan live. Marilyn Manson sang down in the park and Wayne Hussy played guitar on are friends electric. Just goes to show you.........

  • I love those early Tubeway Army songs, very good. Numan is better live today. Still going strong.

  • I agree completely. His voice has 'matured' and is much stronger. I think he seems much more confident as well and why the hell shouldn't he be? He has outlasted most of his 'peers' from the early days, has a body of work that would make any band jealous AND has continued to evolve.

  • Better with his orignal lineup from the 80s they rocked better!

  • Now this is good. VERY good infact. Reminds me of many, many years ago when I saw him perform it live (in more intimate surroundings). It sent shivers up my spine then and still does now, only this time it's because he looks more like Gary Glitter than Gary Numan. Ditch the bouffant Gary love and all is forgiven. Ta ;-)

  • Awesome!!!

  • I love this song and he is the greatest!

  • Definately, I hope Gary Numan knows he is still appreciated by so many.

  • sounds as good in 1978 loved it if he redid blue eyes tho and thats too bad

  • live sounds so much better then on cd :o awesome!

  • Just puts a massive grin on me face.

  • If the sound was crap, it sure was mixed well for the CD. I almost though they took his voice from a studio 20 years ago. He never sounded this good live in the 80s. What an awsome talent. Hope life is well for him.

  • man, that hits the spot! Tubeway classic!

  • SWEETNESS! I, for some reason, wouldn't have thought he'd preform stuff like that in gothy concerts.

    Cool version...:D

  • Gary was the man/ and still is by the looks of it.

  • Jesus. He sounds twenty years younger. Is it the register of the song or was this a particularly brilliant concert?

  • The atmosphere was great, but the sound was crap.
