Kids still get sentenced to life in prison without parole in the U.S.

Along with the FACT that just because a case reads 30 year sentence... doesn't mean it's not really a Life Sentence AND without parole. It could be a say 35 yr sentence without the right to ever appeal. I think the 30s is used because it doesn't bring too much attention as in GASP! as a LIFE SENTENCE- w or w/o PAROLE. This way, less likely people, agencys, organizations,groups etc, aren't like to assist. Here's the other problems with this... A LOT of these organizations etc already know this.

I know kids still get life without parole and back in the mid 80s Kids were still getting death sentence for execution. Prosecutorial Misconduct was going on then also. I didn't grasp much of the facgt that majority of thos ein postions to uphold and carry out the law are the very same ones who are committing unlawful acts against men, women and children too. Now a days still, because there are more organizations that can exhonorate people based on DNA and similar. PLANTED DNA is being secured

My minor child was arrested shortly after turning 15, he was set up by his best friend who wanted his own father dead. There a statement that someone made that clearly is a witness statement that the mother of this so called best friend and wife of the man that died, was the what I'm told is refered to as a third party. My son is going to be transfered into an adult cell or unit on his 18th birthday 09-09-2012.. into a notorious unit. My communication to him is already being 90% blocked. : (
