@bmesosweet45 Kai actually DOES show blood, only to "realistic" proportions. (i.e. When Piccolo shot the Makankosappo through Goku and Raditz, the heat would immediately seal the wound, but this is commonly mistaken for censorship.)

However, if you're watching it on Nicktoons are Toonzai, the latter of which being HEAVILY censored, blood is replaced with sweat or saliva and profanity has been toned down. In addition, the uncut DVD/BD include a few swears for those who enjoy it.

For instance, when Trunks hit Vegeta and knocked him into the ocean to stop Cell from absorbing 18, instead of Vegeta wiping the blood from his mouth, it had a six second close-up of Vegeta's perfectly clean glove.

Great fight scene to use, in my opinion the Frieza Saga was the best, but the Cell Saga was damn near close in my opinion. If it wasn't for these two sagas, I wouldn't be watching the watered down censored DBZK being shown on Nick. Which is odd because it's more censored that when I watched it as a kid.

@kikook222 Half of it is Toei's own doing (Goku and Raditz's death for example, that was censored in the Japanese Kai too). Nicktoon's version ain't that bad; at least the concept of death is in it. Blood and curse words are cut out, and as long as the plot is untouched, it's fine with me. It's Toonzai's version that's really watered down. If you think Nicktoons is strict, watch the Toonzai version and prepare to have your eyes cut by it.
