where did you get the idea for your drawing at? i seen a pic that someone did of the two clowns tearing out of a red and white circus tent that was bad ass. wondering if you saw the same to get your inspiration for this piece. i have been searching for this pic for two days with no luck. just a shot in the dark, but thought i would ask.
best practice you can get on shading is to paint a waving flag!! you have to shade all the ripples! like you, i like ed hubbs vids, but check out berserk custom paint (how to paint eagle and flag,). i found it extremely helpful!!! i have only been airbrushing since jan this yr, and im no master by far. but would love to share pics of mine to prove it and get your thoughts. i dont have anything online. is it ok to email you on your website, if your interested. also have tons questions to ask
you have come a long way with your art judging by all of your vids!! i believe this is your best by far! the fact you free handed this shows it. you have gotten better on shading but still needs a lil work. not a knock on you at all, but looking at ur vids. you are a lot like i was with wanting to see a deffinate line, like the knuckles in the hands, its almost like if you heavy sprayed a stencil. try really focusing on the highlights first, then lightly fade the shadows, VERY NICE THOUGH!
@MrSeamoney Thanks! You are so right. Im so used to defining the lines for so many years its hard for me to break that habit. I have been drawing for years and it wasnt till I started taking art classes I truly learned about shading and the different techniques. Im working on it. Thanks again
