carrots are not good for you...if you are going to do raw food then you must eat raw food created by nature itself and not hybrid man made vegetation. If you want to know whats good for you and whats not, check the acidic levels of the vegetation or fruits you plan to eat.

Alright, first of all your side claims that there are witnesses and evidence against Mumia Abu-Jamal, there are and is none, the only witness against Abu-Jamal that testified was established to be coerced/given favors by police by three people, she [Cynthia White] was arrested a total of 16 times after the incident, her first statement claimed that she did not see who shot the police officer, 15 more times, all of a sudden it was Abu-Jamal according to her would you like to rebut this?

Dessie Hightower told police that they had the wrong man.

No, you shouldn`t cook them. All fruit and vegetables should be raw when you eat them. That`s the main idea of the raw food diet. When we cook them we destroy them totally, so we shouldn`t do that. Do like all the animals in nature do - eat raw, unprocessed food and you will feel great. Just as the nature created us - we are all actually raw eaters but because of the culture that we have developed - many of us just don`t know any more how to eat and how to live naturally. Most beans can be eaten raw after being sprouted. You may want to do an internet search on sprouting grains to see what techniques are required for which bean or grain type. But yes, you can eat raw kidney beans.
