this this is craap it dose not work on mp3 files. my mp3 foulders are not able to be found as well as it dose not charge. it dose not hold it charge. I retuened it last year for a refund LAST YEAR and I DID NOT GET A FUCKING REFUND! I did not have no phone call about this refund. the phone is never never never answered. Too lazy to pick up the phone when I call. never answer any of my yahoo emails and youtube emails

I had to retrun the stupud thig. the preformance is extream bad. it dose not find my mp3 foulders. I was not able to play my mp3 files. so I retruned it for a refund and afer many many many many months of waiting for a refund., I am not going to get it. I aksed so many time.. emails and never picks up the phone. this man is not responible

Power button is on the side. Then you must press the play button to turn on the player.

That player uses a older firmware version.

The DK iGo uses a newer firmware that is more based on the mp3 ID3 tag information.

once you get used to it you will really like it.

however when the charger did not charge the player. charger broken and aty the same time I added two foulders for my albums MP3 files. well the player did not work.

The charger that comes with it dose not work. My Mp3 Foulder that is my album with mp3 files dose not work. The controls are hard to use. The sound is bass setting is bad. The manual is written for a different player. Not Valid instuctions. I deleated files that I wanted to keep. sorry is a bad item. please help me out thank you

This item works very well. you are just doing something wrong.

In the music folder there is an album folder add your album art photo there.

Then add your music directly to the music folder. The player will organize it for you.

You can customize the EQ to your liking.

The controls are very easy to used the same set up as the real PSP GO.
