Normally when the infected are in groups they either beat u to death or Tear u apart. Depends on they're plan of attack normally. If they do tear u apart however they dont eat the pieces they just leave em there. A single infected will just flat out beat u 2 death. Watch the end of the 1st movie. you'll see y i say that.
