  • Hello! I Scuba dive and i'm going to Hawaii this summer. Did you book the dives in advanced? or did you just go when you got there i noticed the boat was rocky which with me having terrible sea sickness do you know of any places with bigger boats but dont cost an arm and a leg? Please let me know!:)

  • I've got those flippers that everyone is wearing!

  • you have to be 10 years old to become certified

  • hello! lol

  • wait... do u have to be certified to go scuba diving?

  • going to Maui next year I am a young scuba diver(13 yrs old certified at 12 yrs old) before i go diving i do a bunch of reasearch before i dive. i read that maui has plenty of turtle reefs does Kauai have them? Very neat video! Thanks for Sharing!

  • i did this dive

  • im certified and im 14 and it is so much fun great video

  • how old must to be someone to do scuba dive

  • When you are 10 you can qualify as a PADI Junior Open Water Diver and from 15 as a PADI Open Water Diver, but you can do "Discover Scuba Diving when you are 8"

  • If you go to like ...a mexican resort they have professional dive instructors who will introduce you to scuba for a short dive in the pool, then you pay for lesson one hour long then you can go with the company for an ocean dive...its great way to discover diving! Try it! Get dad to pay for a nice trip! :P

  • any age

  • depends on wich country max is 12 min is 10 but offcourse 16 for extremely deep dives

  • wow huge eel!

  • This looks like an awsome dive Great video how deep was it roughly? 5 stars

  • Hi! Thanks for the comment. It was a pretty shallow dive, maybe 60 feet or so...

  • Cool video, I'd love to go scuba diving anywhere someday! What exactly would the costs be if you didn't have your own scuba equipment/gear?

  • Thanks for your comment! The most expensive part would probably be the certification (it's been a while since I completed mine, but I think it'd run about $300).

If you don't have the gear, each two dives would cost you between $50 and $100, depending on where you do them.

You can also do an "introduction to scuba diving" in many places where they dive. You don't need to be certified for that and it would be way cheaper. Have fun!

  • I'm headed to Maui next week , gonna dive at Molokini

  • good for you! Look forward to seeing the video.

  • im in maui right now scuba diving rocked it was the koolest thing i did in hawaii
