I really think this whole thing was the shows fault. Theres a reason that American Idol has an age limit, and I disagreed when AI lowered the age limit to 15. Kids are not emotionaly mature enough for this, and that's not their fault. That's just how it is. Nicole is not to blame for her actions, and neither is Rachel for breaking down. @ayjaayy21 Nicole's job as judge at the 'survival song' point of the competition is to actually judge, to save someone. It's not supposed to be up to 'America' to send someone home here. In this case, Rachel clearly sang better than Marcus and deserved to be saved. Nicole didn't judge, she didn't do her job which required thinking rather than emotion. Sending Nicole death threats because of her indecision is absurd. It does demonstrate the mindset of some of the American voting public though.

@ayjaayy21 well, there's a reason Marcus was in the bottom two thrice. He had no chance of winning the show; and they'd already saved Marcus twice.

The only reason for the deadlock was because of Nicole's indecision which wasn't necessary, cuz Rachel sang better. If a deadlock's because it's a 2 v 2 situation it's one thing, if it's because of indecision they might as well as cancel the save me song.

But it's not Nicole's fault she went home, the viewers at home didn't vote enough.
