Okey, I've watched this several times now and paused and checked... and to be entirely fair it really does look like he was unfortunate and tripped in the middle of something that could quite possibly be a forceful but not abusive arrest. On the other hand, he would have gained some points if he stopped handcuffing her to check if she was alright...

What's wrong the police force in that country? It's case upon case upon case with police brutality. Don't they teach them to adjust their force according to the threat? I see a girl trying to get away from her mother who obviously doesn't know how to deal with her except to physically pin her to the ground, which is Assault and child abuse, even in Texas, then I see her walking away from a bunch of adults who don't do anything to stop her mom or separate the two. Then i see a Police Officer run her head into a wall hard enough to make it bleed.

A Student at the same school accused her of having liquor in a water bottle AFTER the incident with the teacher. Obviously there's no point in continuing because your mind is made up because you take everything that authority figures tell you at face value. I saw the "Fight" between the mother and the girl. It involved the mother pinning the child on the ground and the child struggling to get away.
