I had a friend named Ariel. She was born in a water-birth with red hair. Unfortunately, now she's brunette and can't swim to save her life.

This song was on a CD I picked up one time called "Little Mermaid and Friends." I assumed it was from the TV series since other songs like "In Harmony" are on that. I didn't realize it was originally in the film. Are there any other songs that got deleted from the movie?

Part of Your World was better for the scene, but they could have put it later in the movie for the scene where she dances with Eric, so you could tell what she was thinking.

Wow. This song is really pretty although I think they made the right call about which one to use. That said the lyrics do get pretty corny. The biggest problem though is that this song desperately needs to be a duet. That would alleviate some of the repetitiveness. Eric's voice should be in there too.

Yeah no... this isn't a deleted song. It was recorded when the platinum edition DVD came out and released on a CD entitled The Little Mermaid and Friends. It had some songs from the movie, this one, and a few by Sebastian. It is sung by Jodi tho.

this isnt from this movie. this is from "Anastasia's Ball" a "sequel" (one of them) to CInderella. The girl singing is Anastasia, she's singing to Cinderella.

Although 'Part of You World' is an epic song, it was very grand and 'out there'-I like this song because I think that it's very sweet and intimate. But 'Part of Your World' is probably better at showing that Ariel loved humans before she met Eric.
