Seriously, this guy is Satan. Don't listen to a word. He says we voted for light rail in Colorado? Guess what? It ran out of money so they didn't build it. I go to CSU and we are getting a 9% to 20% tuition hike next year. They still need to decide. It's going to be a surprise. TABOR is the worst thing that has happened to this state. Our K-12 went from 32nd among states in to 48th or 50th depending on the year. Same thing with higher ed.

TABOR was repealed in Colorado.
