I stumbled across your channel when google searching bubsy :P and I watched the 1st of your lp's for bubsy, not really sure what to expect and thought it was brilliant, it made me laugh as many of your other lp's have, which is why i subscribed to your channel, i prefer more of the shits and giggles sort of stuff XD but none the less have really enjoyed watching your lp's and plan on watching all of them as time allows ^_^

I honestly enjoy watching every video you post. Whether you play more seriously, like in Eternal Darkness or just play for shits and giggles, I just like seeing your videos because it's very entertaining watching someone other than myself talk to the game they are playing. I suppose I'm a little late to this, but my interest in your channel spawned from watching your Bubsy LP a couple days ago. When it comes to LPs I like watching stuff that's either difficult (Like Bubsy), or just hilarious (Especially with guest commentary, Like that Ghetto World one). What made me decide to subscribe, though, was that you've got a nice bit of variety going on, so while I may not find all of it interesting you're sure to hit on something that I'll enjoy watching.
I like the fact that your a girl gamer. Which is totaly rare for me.
Plus i like the fact that your someone thats seems like a cool person in real life and that is a down to earth person. and you dont talk like some nerd that lives in his mom's basement X]
I like informative LPs where the player enjoys the game. I like to learn about unfamiliar games and be walked through their secrets.
That said, I'm not a subscriber at the moment. I'm just bookmarking the channel so I can look through other playlists later and not fill my inbox. I've only watched the E.V.O. LP so far. If other LPs have a different style, that's fine. It's not costing me anything either way. =)
I think the best option is to switch it up. so must ppl are happy. and the ppl that dont fuck them. they're your videos you have the right to make whatever you want. your trying to please everyone with differnt vids but its impossible to make everyone happy. Make videos you want to do or take some suggetions :).
Basically, I enjoy watching an LP if it's obvious to me that the person doing the LP is having a good time. The player's emotions sort of rub off on me, and I enjoy myself too. Even when somebody dies over and over again and gets frustrated, it doesn't mean they're not enjoying themselves... it can be a "fun" type of frustration. But if the LPer is genuinely frustrated and just plain having a miserable time of it, I don't enjoy myself.
In short: I love your LPs where you're clearly having fun.
i first saw ur vids with Luigi's Mansion and was surprised someone actually LP'd it, but wat actually keeps me watchin ur vids is ur commentary and the games that u pick (the games because i have never heard of ex: Eternal Darkness and EVO) i usually watch any video u pump out because they're great entertainment, at least for me they are, and thats about it
I'm an easy pleaser I suppose lol as I've found enjoyment from all the videos so far. I am a huge survival horror fan, but that being said watching your other videos got me playing other games like paper mario and such. So keep the mixture up its cool.
The information bit you felt like doing for EVO is quite good, and I kinda subscribed for that, and luigi's mansion and even everything else you have done is good. I don't care about what most games people do, since I tend to enjoy watching games and playing them, so eh.
I like live commentary best. I think it feels more natural with live commentary and more entertaining because even if there's nothing to talk about in game (very possible) a good LPer makes it interesting with their other commentary.
While I'd never complain about you doing it, I don't watch the 2+2 LP because I just don't like the game. I'm not sure if ED would be better live since you've played it a lot, but seeing reactions to things in games is what I like, as it makes it seem more real.
Personally, I really loved that pure sarcasm every time you died in Bubsy, but then I saw all of your other videos, EVO, Luigi's Mansion, Super Ghetto World (or however you say it), and the variety is great. Also, it's alright to take a break now and then if you feel like it, screw all those people who say otherwise. Doing two LPs at once isn't the easiest thing ever, I should know, trying to do it now, and my internet's not letting me upload, but that's beside the point. That should do it.
i find i like the LPs where the lp er (if that makes sense) is doing what thye choose to do in terms of commentary, game etc because the person is kind of in thier element (bad saying i know but still)

Basically, the only thing I don't really like is recording the video and commentary at seperate times (this is post commentary, right?) I'm perfectly fine with anything else really. In fact I'm subscribed to a big variety of LPers all with different styles :)
I love all ur LP's but my favorites are Luigis Mansion and EVO, just do what u do, youre giving, think of the complainers as hobos who say "thats all?" when you give them money.
I just started watching your stuff today, aaaand I don't see any problem. You are a gamer, just play what you want and don't let other people bitch to you about which games *they* want you to play. Just play what's fun. If a video game ever feels more like a chore, don't play it. I loved what you've done so far, and honestly, I wouldn't change a thing as long as you are having fun. Actually, try not to become a crowd pleaser, because that will become next to impossible to meet.
I came for the Bubsy LP (loved it), I stayed for the Yoshi's Island LP. I don't spend much time on Youtube so I haven't viewed your other LPs, but I'm enjoying your Yoshi's Island one. Plus, your commentary is pretty funny. Keep up the good work Sam =)
I really like all your LPs. Though I like blind LPs the best. I think you should just continue playing games that you like, no matter if you do them blind or not. If you're not having fun, than there's really no point making videos. Just ignore all the negative comments. :3
I like Blind LP's the most but have to say the one you did for EVO was neat - but not fun. The fun with me watching LPs is the mistakes and errors and frustrating parts that I see someone else play thru. I can vicariously play a game then (here at work) :p
Personally, I'm not too fond of the Eternal Darkness LP, but I LOVE the rest of your LPs. You're right, variety is good when it comes to LPs.
When it comes to LPs, my favourites have to be games-that-you-played-as-a-kid-but-never-beat-and-haven't-played-since LPs. Sport of like the Bubsy and Claymates ones you did. c: I also really like blind LPs, because the commentary can be so... surprising. x3

no real dislikes but I prefer the live/blind commentary. that's why clocktower was one of my favorite LPs. mainly because it was funny and enjoyable hearing you get freaked out. haha. the other LPs are good too, especially the latest ones. I remember playing E.D. so it's fun watching how someone else plays it. same goes for any other game that you do that I have played. the reason I subscribed though is because i liked the live commentary. it was funny and made the LP more fun to watch
I found you basically through Vega. But found I enjoyed your LPs a whole bunch. Now and then you will LP a game I dont have much intrest in, but I will never say anything.I understand that you are trying to juggle a bunch of different styles. I love how you've been changing things up in your different LPs, because I've found when watching your vids that from day to day, the same stuff just gets boring, and you offer a solution to that. The problem comes like... for instance, I want to watch a LP like Luigi's mansion, but because its one of the few LPs you have in that style, you have to watch it over and over again. So it would be cool if you kept doing what you're doing now and have one serious and one funny lp at a time.
i pretty much like the vareity with most of your videos, i subscribed because it was fun to watch a game with funny and clever comments that you have provided and should keep it up also for eternal darkness, i like how infomative it is because i played that game and got confused but after watching your lps on it, it helped me a lot on what to do also side info is also cool cause some of it i had no idea about. O and when you lped with other people that was pretty fun especially with the outtakes
Personally, I like the fact that you mix things up and try different styles and approaches to LPing. I've actually enjoyed most of the different styles you've tried. Of course, when you do this, there's always going to be LP's that some people really like and some people don't. But that's really not your problem when it comes down to it. Just keep in mind that you can't please everyone at once! Also, it seems that LPers are always being criticized for something, so it's kinda to be expected.
And as far as what I'd like to see more of, the Yoshi's Island 2+2 is great! I like the spontaneous commentary, it seems to reflect your personality more, which is what I originally subscribed for. It's also just really fun to watch, in my opinion. Sorry for the long comments! I hope you resolve this issue, and figure out a solution...I love your LP's!!!

the first lp i watched of yours was luigis mantion and it was the second lp i watched ever (still my fav). What i like in your lp's is live commentery and informational. i realy enjoy you knowing a lot about the game so im not confused then. lastly i like it when you do stuff with vega.

Personally, I subscribed late in your career. I started watching your Bubsy LP, but didn't particularly enjoy it, however, I really enjoyed Luigi's Mansion. After finishing that, I started watching your Stream, and Vega. As far as what I like seeing from you, is your live commentary and your streams, and sadly, I can definitely see your stress coming through in your 2+2 playthrough.
Hey, I subscribed because of your clocktower lps, I had never seen one of the original CT so I was very interested in it and it was lots of fun to watch. I personally like the live commentary, and funny commentary better than the formal LP for Eternal Darkness...HOWEVER, I haven't watched an LP of ED, so I am still watching your lp and eager to see the rest. You are a great LPer, and I can't wait to see more =)
I subscribed after watching Lugi's Mansion (which was hilarious by the way) and EVO and CT3 were great, too. (personally I find the Eternal Darkness LP a little dull maybe because its a post-commentary LP instead of a live commentary) Keep up the good work! :)
I subscribed because your commentary is actually pretty funny. The games you choose are very good ones, so I got no problem with what you choose. Go crazy with whatever you feel like playing. The other reason was the LM LP, which was cool and I loved E.V.O.
I've liked almost all of your lp's. Rom hacks and live commentary (blind or not doesn't really matter) keep me the most interested. I also loved when you were lping with Vega. I subscribed because you're hilarious :D There are certain types of games I don't like playing which I also don't like watching so if you play that type I simply don't watch and wait until you move on to another LP. There's no reason to make rude comments, some people like those games and it's your channel! :D

Hello, I'm a new subscriber, I think live commentary on blind runs tends to be best due to the ability to get a full reaction. However, when playing I've found talking is a good way to get distracted and be worse at what your playing which only creates frustration.
Post commentary is good on a hectic game where you need to concentrate. If you want to reduce your frustration do post commentary, if you want a better reaction and a genuine feel to it do live. Good luck, keep up the good work.
I subbed to you because of your joint LP with Vega of that one japanese game with the guy with boxing gloves and the girl with the saber. I tend to enjoy the stuff you do with Vega. I also liked your blind run of Clocktower 3.
I just say if you don't like certain videos, then don't watch them. Instead, people continue to watch stuff they don't like so they can leave 1-stars and a hate comment. It's kind of stupid in a way.
I subscribed because you are funny and usually lp a lot of good games and I think all the lp's you are doing now are great and I think you should stick with what you are doing and just play your favorite games because I like any games I can watch anything as long as you are still funny and lp (also play more games with Vega I like to see him spaz out over battle shit =))

I just loved seeing you discover that game, since it felt like I was able to relive my own experiences. That sort of advice doesn't help though. It just says your LPs will always be sort of hit and miss in a way. :/ So I guess.. I really liked CT and EVO. I like your positive attitude best.

Samm, your LPs are interesting to me no matter what you do. :| All I can say is that you should do it the way you want to because it's fun, not because you're trying to please people. Putting effort into it to make it good is definitely a good thing, but... Samm, you're NEVER going to please everyone. I was bought to your channel just by chance, I started to watch speedruns of various games, and I was interested in Luigi's Mansion. I spotted your LP and just began to watch. The live commentary style and the way you played the game really grabbed me and bought me more and more interested! Especially the little interludes between each video. I've always been a big fan of ALL your LPs. I like the very informative Eternal Darkness, but I think my favourite style is Blind. I subscribed to you because of the co-op stuff you did with LordVega; they were REALLY funny. One LPer is funny, but throw two together: awesome!
Honestly, I've liked all of your LP's thus far. I'd say the informal type of LP's you do are my favorite, since I really liked E.V.O. Though, the blind run of Clock Tower 3 was great as well.
So I'd say stick with what you're doing as long as you're happy doing it, since the variety is cool. And if you are getting burnt out, you should totally take as long of a break you need/want.

People shouldn't complain that you're doing different things. It's called variety, and if they don't like it, they should go watch another video, or go outside. To be honest with you, I've mostly enjoyed Mario 2+2, because I enjoy the blind runs, and I enjoy seeing you try to 100% a challenging game. If you do other things though, I'm not going to comment and say it's a crappy video... I think people need to realize that if you put out a video they don't like... they can just not watch it for a while until you get to something else!

I subscribed after watching your "B.S Games for Girls" videos. I thought they were hilarious and pretty truthful, and I like "girl game" LPs and reviews. I also enjoy blind LPs, so your Clocktower 3 one was fun to watch.
Personally? There are plenty of reasons I first subscribed, then got attached to knowing you in general, Samm. You say you want to mix it up? I do like that. You use the proper type of commentary for the game you play against.
Hell, it's hilarious when you're spitting angry at the game, but those who are smart enough know that it can't be done all the time. So, instead of saying stuff so you try to please everyone, unhelpfully I say I trust your judgment.
I can not remember for the life of me why I subscribed specifically to you, but in general, I like LP's of all kinds, which is part of the reason I'm subscribed to a good amount of LPer's. Unlike a lot of people though, I'm not one to bitch someone out for their choices in video creation, so honestly, I'll watch just about anything you'd put out here, unless I dislike it, in which case I will abstain from watching and find something else to do.

I subscribed to you while I was watching your Clock Tower 3 videos (I'd just finished it and searched on youtube... I'd never even heard of LPs). I enjoy blind commentary, I guess especially for survival horror games, because I love knowing that people people are about to freak the fuck out and hearing their reactions. I loved your Clock Tower livestream thing for similar reasons. Honestly, I've liked everything I've seen so far.
I've played EVO before and enjoyed your commentary. I played Bubsy as a kid and sucked spectacularly, and, actually, I found your frustration and negativity kind of hilarious in that series. Never played Luigi's Mansion, though, but I'm watching your LP right now and liking it. If people don't like videos, they can always, like, stop watching them.

Personally I subscribed to you after I watched your blind run of Clocktower. I know you said you'll never do blind runs again, so I'm not even going to suggest that, but those are my favorites. Ha ha. I also really enjoyed EVO, and I think the difference between EVO and Eternal Darkness is EVO was a little less formal, but still informational, and in my opinion that was more entertaining. Either way, I think you should do what you like. If you're having fun, the commentary should be fun.

I like to know the people I'm watching play the game are human. Making mistakes, cursing when something isn't making sense, occasionally going off topic with an anecdote or tidbit of information... I subscribed because I liked your EVO LP (a lot). I like this Yoshi Island one too. I haven't like any of your other LPs. So I don't watch them, easy peasy. I really don't care what you do. I'll watch it if it is good and ignore it if it is bad. If there is enough bad I'll just unsubscribe. I wouldn't worry about it. Just play the games you want the way you want to.
I just like your overall attitude. I don't mind if it's blind, post or live, etc. I just like your LPs. You could do whatever you want and I like it. Just keep up what you do.

I wish I knew what to say to alleviate your non-Bubsy-induced frustrations, or that even if I knew what to say, it wouldn't sound like so much pacifying platitudes.
Imo, I like these games. I like games like... Bubsy... platforms that is. But, I also like many other games like horror and whatever. But, I watch LP's mostly because you get alot of laughs out of it and its really fun to watch. You rock Sam! Just keep mixing games and you'll please everyone. :)

(Cont.) I subscribed during Clock Tower 3, because blind LPs are my favorite, especially of horror games. But I REALLY enjoyed your informational style LP of EVO and now, Eternal Darkness (one of my favorite games). I never thought of it, and it's my favorite type of post-style LP now.
But as for what you should do (no, I'm not going to suggest games), I think you should nominally continue what you're doing. Find a balance. Do two different style LPs at once, alternate. (epic post continues)

Honestly, the people who shit all over your other LPs because it's not their favorite kind aren't worth the thought you've put into this video. They aren't the people you LP for, so they aren't worth your time.
It's difficult to get used to that small number of vocal 'fans' that are so discouraging. Remember that probably 95% of your subs have fun and are grateful for your work.

I subscribed because I liked your commentary on, well I forget what got me to look at you channel. But after I watched a few videos in various LP's I decided it was varried and entertaining so I subscibed. I like blind runs of anything really, I like watching people reason things out and find solutions to issues. That's also why I like live commentary. Post commentary generally bores me slightly unless it is funny or with more than one person. So I like everything except the post commentary.
Personally, I like it when people do retro LPs. Either NES, Genisis, ect. or game that are styled to be retro. There isn't anything wrong about Let's Plays of more recent games, just that I perfer old games.

Well, let's see. I do like Eternal Darkness because it's not the kind of LP I usually watch, and that's kind of refreshing. I think my favorite LP of yours so far is Clocktower 3. Not necesserily because it was a blind run, but because it seemed like you were playing the game to have fun. That made for a different style of commentary than a lot of other Let's Plays I've seen, and I really liked that.
I don't think you should listen to the people who complain. You should just make LP's however you want to. If people have problems with what your doing, forget about them. LPing is what you are doing and if people who don't do it, hate you for what you do, they shouldn't watch it.
I subscribed because of the fact you were being you. I enjoyed Clocktower, but not because it was blind, but because you showed some personality and emotion in that LP and in some others. I suppose I'm a little late to this, but my interest in your channel spawned from watching your Bubsy LP a couple days ago. When it comes to LPs I like watching stuff that's either difficult (Like Bubsy), or just hilarious (Especially with guest commentary, Like that Ghetto World one). What made me decide to subscribe, though, was that you've got a nice bit of variety going on, so while I may not find all of it interesting you're sure to hit on something that I'll enjoy watching.

I like informative LPs where the player enjoys the game. I like to learn about unfamiliar games and be walked through their secrets.
That said, I'm not a subscriber at the moment. I'm just bookmarking the channel so I can look through other playlists later and not fill my inbox. I've only watched the E.V.O. LP so far. If other LPs have a different style, that's fine. It's not costing me anything either way. =)

I think the best option is to switch it up. so must ppl are happy. and the ppl that dont fuck them. they're your videos you have the right to make whatever you want. your trying to please everyone with differnt vids but its impossible to make everyone happy. Basically, I enjoy watching an LP if it's obvious to me that the person doing the LP is having a good time. The player's emotions sort of rub off on me, and I enjoy myself too. Even when somebody dies over and over again and gets frustrated, it doesn't mean they're not enjoying themselves... it can be a "fun" type of frustration. But if the LPer is genuinely frustrated and just plain having a miserable time of it, I don't enjoy myself.
In short: I love your LPs where you're clearly having fun.

I like live commentary best. I think it feels more natural with live commentary and more entertaining because even if there's nothing to talk about in game (very possible) a good LPer makes it interesting with their other commentary.
While I'd never complain about you doing it, I don't watch the 2+2 LP because I just don't like the game. I'm not sure if ED would be better live since you've played it a lot, but seeing reactions to things in games is what I like, as it makes it seem more real.

Personally, I really loved that pure sarcasm every time you died in Bubsy, but then I saw all of your other videos, EVO, Luigi's Mansion, Super Ghetto World (or however you say it), and the variety is great. Also, it's alright to take a break now and then if you feel like it, screw all those people who say otherwise. Doing two LPs at once isn't the easiest thing ever, I should know, trying to do it now, and my internet's not letting me upload, but that's beside the point. That should do it.

I just started watching your stuff today, aaaand I don't see any problem. You are a gamer, just play what you want and don't let other people bitch to you about which games *they* want you to play. Just play what's fun. If a video game ever feels more like a chore, don't play it. I loved what you've done so far, and honestly, I wouldn't change a thing as long as you are having fun. Personally, I'm not too fond of the Eternal Darkness LP, but I LOVE the rest of your LPs. You're right, variety is good when it comes to LPs.
When it comes to LPs, my favourites have to be games-that-you-played-as-a-kid-but-never-beat-and-haven't-played-since LPs. Sport of like the Bubsy and Claymates ones you did. c: I also really like blind LPs, because the commentary can be so... surprising. x3

no real dislikes but I prefer the live/blind commentary. that's why clocktower was one of my favorite LPs. mainly because it was funny and enjoyable hearing you get freaked out. haha. the other LPs are good too, especially the latest ones. I remember playing E.D. so it's fun watching how someone else plays it. same goes for any other game that you do that I have played. the reason I subscribed though is because i liked the live commentary. it was funny and made the LP more fun to watch

I found you basically through Vega. But found I enjoyed your LPs a whole bunch. I love how you've been changing things up in your different LPs, because I've found when watching your vids that from day to day, the same stuff just gets boring, and you offer a solution to that. The problem comes like... for instance, I want to watch a LP like Luigi's mansion, but because its one of the few LPs you have in that style, you have to watch it over and over again. So it would be cool if you kept doing what you're doing now and have one serious and one funny lp at a time.

Personally, I like the fact that you mix things up and try different styles and approaches to LPing. I've actually enjoyed most of the different styles you've tried. Of course, when you do this, there's always going to be LP's that some people really like and some people don't. But that's really not your problem when it comes down to it. Just keep in mind that you can't please everyone at once! Also, it seems that LPers are always being criticized for something, so it's kinda to be expected.

the first lp i watched of yours was luigis mantion and it was the second lp i watched ever (still my fav). What i like in your lp's is live commentery and informational. i realy enjoy you knowing a lot about the game so im not confused then. lastly i like it when you do stuff with vega.
and dont get frustrated over small things, cause if you are always frustrated then it leads to worse things. you could always take a break to if that might help <3

Personally, I subscribed late in your career. I started watching your Bubsy LP, but didn't particularly enjoy it, however, I really enjoyed Luigi's Mansion. After finishing that, I started watching your Stream, and Vega. As far as what I like seeing from you, is your live commentary and your streams, and sadly, I can definitely see your stress coming through in your 2+2 playthrough.

I personally like the live commentary, and funny commentary better than the formal LP for Eternal Darkness...HOWEVER, I haven't watched an LP of ED, so I am still watching your lp and eager to see the rest. Hello, I'm a new subscriber, I think live commentary on blind runs tends to be best due to the ability to get a full reaction. However, when playing I've found talking is a good way to get distracted and be worse at what your playing which only creates frustration.
Post commentary is good on a hectic game where you need to concentrate. If you want to reduce your frustration do post commentary, if you want a better reaction and a genuine feel to it do live. Good luck, keep up the good work.

Anyway, thanks for sharing your feelings with us. You obviously give us all a lot of respect. The games I've liked so far are all of them. My favorite is the first I watched. Luigi's Mansion. I just loved seeing you discover that game, since it felt like I was able to relive my own experiences. That sort of advice doesn't help though. It just says your LPs will always be sort of hit and miss in a way. :/ So I guess.. I really liked CT and EVO. I like your positive attitude best.

What I really want to see is you enjoying a game. I loved your EVO LP because you had so much to say. You don't need to be hilarious or scared stiff for me to be entertained.
That being said, can we suggest games that you might just want to play on your own time for fun?

Samm, your LPs are interesting to me no matter what you do. :| All I can say is that you should do it the way you want to because it's fun, not because you're trying to please people. Putting effort into it to make it good is definitely a good thing, but... Samm, you're NEVER going to please everyone. The fact that you're giving variety is cool but this is like asking someone who's lactose intolerant to chug a carton of cow's milk.

She's a really good LPer. You play sorta similar consoles and kinda similar games. I was bought to your channel just by chance, I started to watch speedruns of various games, and I was interested in Luigi's Mansion. I spotted your LP and just began to watch. The live commentary style and the way you played the game really grabbed me and bought me more and more interested! Especially the little interludes between each video. I've always been a big fan of ALL your LPs. I like the very informative Eternal Darkness, but I think my favourite style is Blind. I subscribed to you because of the co-op stuff you did with LordVega; they were REALLY funny. One LPer is funny, but throw two together: awesome!

Honestly, I've liked all of your LP's thus far. I'd say the informal type of LP's you do are my favorite, since I really liked E.V.O. Though, the blind run of Clock Tower 3 was great as well.
So I'd say stick with what you're doing as long as you're happy doing it, since the variety is cool. And if you are getting burnt out, you should totally take as long of a break you need/want.

People shouldn't complain that you're doing different things. It's called variety, and if they don't like it, they should go watch another video, or go outside. If they're complaining about the way someone operates a FREE video channel for their entertainment that is completely voluntary on the creator's part, they have some thinking to do. That isn't constructive, and in fact it's rude.

To be honest with you, I've mostly enjoyed Mario 2+2, because I enjoy the blind runs, and I enjoy seeing you try to 100% a challenging game. If you do other things though, I'm not going to comment and say it's a crappy video... I think people need to realize that if you put out a video they don't like... they can just not watch it for a while until you get to something else!

That being said, I also really appreciate the variety of your LPs. It keeps things from getting stale and makes me wonder about what your next LP will be like. It seems that the burnt-out feeling you're experiencing happens to a lot of LPers once they get a lot of subs, but just do the LPs you want to do. If you do something you're not into or do it because you feel you have to, it'll come across in your videos, which won't be fun for anyone. Hope this helped ^.^

Personally? There are plenty of reasons I first subscribed, then got attached to knowing you in general, Samm. You say you want to mix it up? I do like that. You use the proper type of commentary for the game you play against.
Hell, it's hilarious when you're spitting angry at the game, but those who are smart enough know that it can't be done all the time. So, instead of saying stuff so you try to please everyone, unhelpfully I say I trust your judgment.

I can not remember for the life of me why I subscribed specifically to you, but in general, I like LP's of all kinds, which is part of the reason I'm subscribed to a good amount of LPer's. Unlike a lot of people though, I'm not one to bitch someone out for their choices in video creation, so honestly, I'll watch just about anything you'd put out here, unless I dislike it, in which case I will abstain from watching and find something else to do.

I saw the Bubsy LP, I thought it was entertaining because I never heard of an LP before, and just seeing someone playing the game and actually just giving their thoughts on the game.
I then watched the Clock Tower 3 LP just to check it out and also enjoyed it cause of the same way. just someone playing a game and sharing their thoughts.

I subscribed to you while I was watching your Clock Tower 3 videos (I'd just finished it and searched on youtube... I'd never even heard of LPs). I enjoy blind commentary, I guess especially for survival horror games, because I love knowing that people people are about to freak the fuck out and hearing their reactions. I've played EVO before and enjoyed your commentary. I played Bubsy as a kid and sucked spectacularly, and, actually, I found your frustration and negativity kind of hilarious in that series. nontheless if u make a post commentary LP i enjoy it anyway...lets say Blind/live 80% post well do the math.....

Evo was cool, Clocktower 3 was nice too and i think i suscribed because of Kaizou Tyoujin Shubibinman.
Anyway i don't watch all your videos, and if people don't like some type of LP, they should just not watch it. So most importantly you should do LP that please you and not try too hard to please everyone.
But usually i don't comment your videos, because i did it once and you answered to me pretty roughly (so i agree with the shitty attitude you speak of :P )

Personally I subscribed to you after I watched your blind run of Clocktower. I know you said you'll never do blind runs again, so I'm not even going to suggest that, but those are my favorites. Ha ha. I also really enjoyed EVO, and I think the difference between EVO and Eternal Darkness is EVO was a little less formal, but still informational, and in my opinion that was more entertaining. Either way, I think you should do what you like. If you're having fun, the commentary should be fun.

Oh god commenting twice sorry, I just realized that pretty much everyone has said 'do what you want'. But, I wanted to say that something I, personally, find as a selling point in an LP is humanity. I like to know the people I'm watching play the game are human. Making mistakes, cursing when something isn't making sense, occasionally going off topic with an anecdote or tidbit of information... (Cont.) I subscribed during Clock Tower 3, because blind LPs are my favorite, especially of horror games. But I REALLY enjoyed your informational style LP of EVO and now, Eternal Darkness (one of my favorite games). I never thought of it, and it's my favorite type of post-style LP now.
But as for what you should do (no, I'm not going to suggest games), I think you should nominally continue what you're doing. Find a balance. Do two different style LPs at once, alternate. (epic post continues)

Honestly, the people who shit all over your other LPs because it's not their favorite kind aren't worth the thought you've put into this video. They aren't the people you LP for, so they aren't worth your time.
It's difficult to get used to that small number of vocal 'fans' that are so discouraging. Remember that probably 95% of your subs have fun and are grateful for your work.

I subscribed because I liked your commentary on, well I forget what got me to look at you channel. But after I watched a few videos in various LP's I decided it was varried and entertaining so I subscibed. I like blind runs of anything really, I like watching people reason things out and find solutions to issues. That's also why I like live commentary. Post commentary generally bores me slightly unless it is funny or with more than one person. So I like everything except the post commentary.

Well, let's see. I do like Eternal Darkness because it's not the kind of LP I usually watch, and that's kind of refreshing. I think my favorite LP of yours so far is Clocktower 3. Not necesserily because it was a blind run, but because it seemed like you were playing the game to have fun. That made for a different style of commentary than a lot of other Let's Plays I've seen, and I really liked that.

I subscribed because of the fact you were being you. I enjoyed Clocktower, but not because it was blind, but because you showed some personality and emotion in that LP and in some others. To tell the truth, although I am watching you LP Eternal Darkness because I love your styles, I have to say it's a bit dull because there isn't too much of yourself coming through, which is possible with live recordings (my personal favorite).

Hi Samantha, this is your channel, I believe you should play what interests YOU. Your channel is no different than television; if they don't like it, switch the channel. It bothers me that some subscribers have hurt your attitude toward Let's Playing. As the saying goes, you can't please all of the people all of the time. What I want to see is what you want to play. Try to keep having fun. Subscribers, she's a person not a serf; try to show some respect for her choices or leave.

I like your lets plays in general because of your commentary some I don't watch because I don't like that genera I subbed for you evo and Luigi's mansion clock tower and Eternal darkness just aren't my type of game also awesome lets play and channel

You know since I am the first person to probably bring that level up I would like to point out that I never actually wanted you to play this level. I just idiotically assumed that the hack had fuzzies in some level namely because of the recurrence of mechanics only seen in one level of the original game.

I believe I started watching your videos around the time you started Clock Tower 3... I don't remember how I found you, but it wasn't through L0rdVega like most other people. What did I like that made me subscribe? You! Seriously, I like your personality, and that's why I watch all of your stuff. I think live recording is what I usually prefer, because the LPer's personality comes through... I enjoy all of your stuff, though, 'cause I didn't subscribe expecting one type of video.
