The video is hyped up for ratings, and some stuff I did because I knew I would never be on TV again. I wanted my friends to see me, my comedic side and say "Yeah that's Tiff". Think of parking like the casino, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, but once u parked the car the bet has been placed.
Are you Swoop? I have watched a lot of the videos from this show, and I have to say, the public who wait in line at the main office show incredible restraint....if I was there, for 3, 4, 5, 6 hours, I would be tearing someone's face off. I suggest you make a court case out of it. If she is ticketing you before your time expires then she has no legal reason to give you a ticket. However, she is doing her job.
I'm also hoping that in her 2 years of experience that she would be able to tell an expired meter from one that is not. Are you sure you were parked directly across from the meter?
If your car is parked between two meters, you might get the find for someone else's car. Be more aware of where you park.
