Serious tax fighting can take a huge step by freezing property taxes; & possibly freezing them at the previous triennial reassessment - for the real estate market, with its highly inflated valuations, has encouraged high reassessments. Tough to do knowing how many of the 7,000+ governing bodies in the State have not all curbed their appetite for spending more than they should. I think you know that with all the bond issues, & the balancing of budget without paying into the pension fund.
