@SamoftheDrums I had that VHS too! That is what made me search his name. I learned a lot from that video also, mostly independence. He taught (and this is all I remember from the video) the 4 count bass/hi hat thing that was sixteenth notes on the bass (on the 1 of 4) open/close hi hat on 2 of 4, sixteenth bass notes on 3 of 4 and hi hat on 4 of 4 and together it makes a triplet sound in a 4 note measure. Keep that up and play over top of it on drums and cymbals. great for independence

jeah i totally agree wit u....the set up is great although i dont like the cymbals hangin so high! Nevertheless grat drumming!
