I advise people take a cold shower daily it's a magnificent way to invigorate the body and mind!! People think its crazy but personally I think the most crazy thing is people believing that big pharmaceutical companies have our health interest at heart!! Nature has everything here to heal us!!

WHEN I HAVE A EXTERNAL INJURY, I ALWAYS POUR HYDROGEN PEROXIDE ON THE WOUND, 4 OR 5 TIMES PER DAY. IN NO TIME AT ALL, IT WILL START HEALING. WON'T BE WITHOUT IT!!!!!!!!

Look cold water shower therapy does have its benefits no doubt I do it to. It is good for circulation but please its not a cure all.

does it matter if you end on cold or hot?

Thanks for the stroking. BTW if you haven't tried the hot and cold water therapy I do encourage you and everyone to do it. I am convinced it is the best internal therapy one can indulge in.
