What I want to know is why aren't more water treatment facilities adding flouride to their water? I'm not saying it makes ALL the difference but, say where I am in California we have a bigger percentage of people with healthy teeth as opposed to people in the 'deep south'. I don't get it.

@TSSYF Actually a lot of places in the "deep south" have fluoride in their water already without it being added. some places have to have their water filtered to get some of the excess fluoride out of it. It is all about education, and not having the mind set that "my mom and dad lost all their teeth so I will too" A lot of people have that mind set and have not been educated that teeth are supposed to last your whole life, you are not meant to have dentures anymore.
