clearly they are not just building a road. The upheaval has destroyed the power lines and notice how the towers pulled downward and to the right. Clear indication of which way it moved.  Also the look of crushed rock on the base of the upheaval. That was pushed up from the cracking breaking rock way beneath the surface.
