@Donsfast finke has been running since the early 70's. It was for motorbikes only back then but by the mid 90's buggies and cars were in it. Bikes for the first few years still won outright, but by late 90's the top buggies have always won outright till now. 215km down and then back (appox) done in about 2 hours. top spot has broken the 2 hour barrier now. On what is some of australias toughest desert thats a big feat. lots of cars just dont finish. crashes doesnt tank most, its breakdowns.

I love the hackup trucks (cars made into pickups). I used to have one, lots of fun even in Front Drive only.
