  • I grew up hearing this song from an Irish band played by my father and it is such and old folk song that I figured many renditions would be here on youtube but that isn't the case. Thanks for posting a folky rendition for me to hear that's close to the one my father played. By the way if you don't know already the Byrds used this music with differen't lyrics for "I Come and Stand at Every Door" about the boy killed in the Hiroshima blast...powerful stuff.
