There getting arrested because there interpreting the soldiers doing there job like any other person in america would be arrested for interpreting the police doing there job.The rules aren't the same in Israel as they are in America and people fail to know the rules and think they know better then the people that live there.

What were the Israeli soldiers trying to hide? A police officer in the US, or in my county, Ireland for that matter, would have no problem with an innocent civilian standing aside and filming an arrest.
Just look at the occupy protests... Do you see press being arrested for being close to the protesters filming?

@gavmcguinness8024 I have no problem with people filming it's sometime people get in the way .It's also distracts people.People do get annoyed if you filming them constantly.I have a problem with foreigners,tourist thinking they know the law and get there noises into peoples and polices business think they can justify something without know the rules of the land.I would get pissed if you came filming on my property and you where a tourist telling me i can't do this and that.

@ranondo92 I agree with you in relation to knowing the law of the land... however I fail to see how you are getting in the way of police business by standing off to the side filming for the safety of those who could be possibly at risk. Going back to the occupy protests. I'm not sure what country you come from but I know that here in Ireland there would be no problem if this situation occurred and I instructed the officer that I would like to film for the safety of my friends or people involved
