any idea why burton is the only navy unit in the sfusd?

@TheLoyalGuard there has always been at least one navy unit, back then it was McAteer (SOTA). Not sure exactly why.

@TheLoyalGuard i've heard a bunch of reasons and finger pointing as to why rifles were removed from the program, but i haven't gotten the straight scoop yet. It happened years after i left the program.
