@SovietUnionMigs its not a rpg no, its a panzershreck mk1 or whats its called its german and is the one of the first versions they made ,they have upgraded it tho later in the war, also, you can see on the mp44 and this on how the russians got ther ideas to ther future weapons, the ak47 was made as a ´better version of the mp44, and it was made allready 2 years after the war had ended :-)

The first bazooka type weapon was the british PIAT (Projector, Infantry, Anti-Tank) invented in 1941. The nearest Jerry got to a bazooka of their own was Panzerschrek invented in 1944.

If anything I would have figured the Germans would have the first to come up with rocket propelled projectiles seeing as how they were beginning to experiment with rockets and even had remote control guided rockets prior to the war.

@regthrumper The bazooka scene was SUCH a letdown for me too (the history buff in me was SO disappointed - lol). Also - early bazooka-type weapons were loaded from the breech. This looks more like a post WW2 Russian RPG - and looks nothing like the more rudimentary, late-war German Panzerfaust........a muzzle-loaded, one-shot AT weapon)

called the panzer faust in 1942 and the Panzerschreck in 43.

Lo0ks like others have already beat me to mentioning the historical anachrononism of a Russian rocket launcher being used by Germans before it existed. Also in 'Raiders', which takes place in 1936, Nazis are seen using either MP-38s or MP-40s. The MP-38 wouldn't have existed for another couple of years.
