  • @ronnieabraham16 See my reply to madcyborg

  • What is the name of the Orchestra that played in the last version of "I Need Thee Every Hour"? I would really appreciate it my brothers and sisters in Christ =).

  • Please give credit to the artist who did the art work. Without it, this video would not be effective. It is an insult to the artist not to give credit

  • uhg,,, is it so hard to find a simple version of this song???? why....

  • where are the lyrics

  • Who is singing the first time? I beg to know cause that rendition helped me through impossibly hard times... please tell me so I can BUY the cd and support that artist as well have it on hand...

  • @madcyborg I'm pretty sure it's from the "Acappella Praise Service" album by Acappella Praise & Worship, which was one of Keith Lancaster's side projects. Truly a magical rendition - I have the full song, along with "I Stand Amazed" and "It is well" and they're all amazing. However, I only have these 3 songs and can't find the album anywhere online. If the rest of the songs are like these, this would immediately become my favourite gospel album.

  • 1.I need thee every hour, most gracious Lord;

    no tender voice like thine can peace afford.

    Refrain

    I need thee, O I need thee;

    every hour I need thee;

    O bless me now, my Savior, I come to thee.

    2

    I need thee every hour; stay thou nearby;

    temptations lose their power when thou art nigh.
