@rovocus simply put, you can't. they usually ship with a dwell of between 8 and 12ms the rof was whatever it was, most likely low and some shipped in ramp, some in semi

@loganinderrieden23 capping on the stock board is a total pain, hence most people not using them, the blackheart was just as bad.'d always suggest an aftermarket board, infact for any tourament player it's a definite must

I'm having a problem with my stock board. Every time I turn on my gun it starts counting down and shuts off after like 30secs?? Anyone know how to fix this?

@hamiltoes I'm not sure what you mean by counting down, I'll assume you just mean chirping at you every few seconds. If my assumption is correct it's telling you your battery is all but dead, drop in a fresh 9v and alls good.

I'm sorry to bother, but every time I try to switch firing modes, it doesn't work out for some reason... I do press the button at the same time, or with a 1 second delay, but makes no "noise".

I do have a stock board by the way.

@Ps1co some of the earlier boards just came semi, sounds like you have one of these. The stock boards are pretty useless anyway, I've never particularly liked them and now being from the UK we have millenniums 10.5BPS limit which the stock nor the blackheart can cope with so mine came out in favour of a hyperdrive, soon to be an OLED in some capacity at a guess.

Meant to get to this sooner, sorry.

First off check that the wire harness isn't between the button and switch, also check the switch is still there as when the harness gets caught between it likes to rip the button off the board.

Also check the harness for kinks and damage and the sockets for bent pins fresh batteries also help...after that your in the realms of board damage..or the switch isn't reaching the button (only seen this once,i heated the switch up and pulled it to extend it a touch)

Dow 33. Branded by smart parts as SL33K. Dye also use the same stuff, the white stuff not the useless green lube they used to use

Whichever works for you. I usually have around 9/10ms for a parker noid and 11/12ms for humphrey, but with the new ROF caps I had to go to about 14ms I think it was.

firing mode you just hold the power switch then adjust with dwell buttons, for drop off try upping the dwell just a touch see if that helps :)

i just got a nxt and it has frist shot drop off and when u where changin he firing mode did u hold the trigger in and the on/off botton and the dwell botton at the same time kinda

Check eyes are clean. Also ensure you have the correct setting for your eye type, not knowing if you have SFT/NXT eyes I can't specify which setting. If you have SFT eyes with a stock SFT board there should be no board issue as there are no settings. If you run a blackheart, find the manual and select the correct eye type.

Pretty much, there isn't the eye adjustment on the sft board but you don't really need to worry about that.

It is possible that the early (03) boards only had semi, but I'm not entirely sure on programming changes throughout the years.

- The first 3 shots must be semi-auto mode only.

- Markers will be limited to a ROF of 12 balls per second, defined as no two consecutive shots may be timed shorter than 83ms apart (reading on ROF meter of 12.0 bps or less = legal; reading on ROF meter of 12.1 bps or higher = illegal)- Ramping of shots will be allowed only once 6 bps has been achieved. Then the marker may ramp to 12 bps but only as long the 6 bps is continually maintained.

The board will not register 3 semi shot, it can be capped at 12, it also has a 1second restart built in like psp mode has.

I really don't know, but due to the designof the gun its capped at arouns 25bps, The electronics will let it go at 30+ the firing assembley cant do it though

the one's that work, there are no specific settings that will make every gun work perfectly, test it find yours and write them down ;)

Yes it is. The NXT has an extra option for either reflective or breakbeam eye setting.

if the dwell is set (i.e no drop off and consistant) just change the input pressure via the adgustment endcap at the bottom of the reg.

dont go over around 210psi though as there is a chance you will over pressurise the solennoid and no-one wants a $100 bill for a new one!
