This song was played on the australian music video shows rage and video hits quite a bit in 1996 and I don't remember ever seeing this video. They always only showed the other one.

I sang this at the "Red Raw Talent Show" at Workington during the town's "Paint The Town Red" festival - the experience was fantastic. To my shock, I made the final, where I sang it again to a larger crowd. I just missed out on the Top 3, but picked up a certificate as one of the 12 finalists. As I said in my earlier post, I'd LOVE to record this.

I have do this on Karaoke, so only ever had the music. I came on here to see the video... I am ashamed to say I thought Newton was a lady but the song is brill. I first saw it sung in Knots Landing, by CG.... I have that on video, lol

Newton did a promo at my HMV in Nottingham and queued to get a signed CD, and still have it today, then he did a PA at the nightclub I managed and met this beautiful man in person and I was in love, he was amazing....

I loved this song... years ago when I was a liner!! Yep, Aero-line dancing, lots of high kicks and none of the stereo-typical army regiment movements. A great track for it!!! I've moved on to pastures new, but remember the song from the late 70's by Dan Hill, still a good sound. Kirsty.ScotPav
