    "live from Argentina jail"

  • steve roberts was ok just a shame he played drums like a gay

  • I heard there is a promo video for this song is this true?I remember this TOTP performance-I was 12 at the time.I think it was the same week as the Charles and Diana royal wedding but I might be wrong.

  • great band , and they are great guys ! saw them 1st time 82-3 ? at cbgb's one of the greatest shows i've ever seen !! at the sound check alvin let me play his bass, then me and my friends took them to get pizza ,i was 14 ...

  • lovely tune typical 80s

    nicked ronnie james dio

song called rainbow in the dark

    i love both

  • can i just say what a total utter and complete waste of time and space Steve Roberts was..

his idea of being a musician/drummer [sic] involved impersonation a musician/drummer/person [sic] very very very VERY badly...

    sigh..

    Trust me ..

    i know..

    ;-}~

  • @BritishNoblePerson

    small world isn't it

    lol

    ;-}~

  • @monello198 ROFL Sure is mate ;-)

  • @monello198 I can vouch for this too. A Neurotic Drunk!! and a complete waste of space, by all accounts is even worse today!!! Still dreaming of "the big time" through the bottom of a glass and impersonating other people to form his own "invention" as "Stevie Ze Suicide" ( yes really, he is using that name today) I saw him perform at charity event in York last year. He was simply awful in every sense of the word, oh and yes he was Drunk......again..... pitifull really!

  • @BlackJackMacV

yeah i followed the link you suggested...

    dear god...

care in the community has a lot to answer for..

    ;-}~

  • mindenek a kezdete

  • Love the song, but they ripped the riff from the Police

  • i was there

  • I love this song. It stands out from the rest of thier stuff. It sounds very 80's with the keyboard.

  • great song

  • fuck yeah @ 0:50

  • Charlie was a mere stripling of 37 when this came out. I still have the single with the daft colour picture cover. Great stuff.

  • yep it sounds like message in a bottle riffs

  • Legjobb!!!

  • This is another classic single. Anyone got the unbroadcasted "Party in Paris" Totp?

  • Thanks for uploading this.

A very under rated Subs song.

Good Old Steve Roberts on the drums!!

Has anybody got the promo video for 'Keep on Running' they can upload?

  • i remember seeing this actual performance at the time and not bein sure what to make of it. the chorus is like a punkier Police song, and the solo part is like the Damned's Smash It Up!i like it better all these years later i reckon!

    cheers;-)

  • I, too, did not know what to make of it. They had got suss praise off da press. Stranglehold was even weedier than the first Clash LP. I got the 7" single of this track, the cover was a pic of them as colourful, uncomfortable, new romantic wannabees. Not a bad band, but defo followers, not leaders.

  • eroic

  • their last appearance my ass. They're gonna appear in front of me in 2 hours

  • awsome desde argentina

I've got it twice! Once on blue vinyl and once with 'Party In Paris' in French!!!

  • is that steve roberts on drums? this is an absolute fucking classic!!! gr8 track, tho most fans at the time preferred the b-side 'perfect girl'.

  • yes that is steve roberts

    on drums i remember this

i was round my school mates house,

and his mum, had on kenny everett which was on the itv
