  • "feet shoulder width aparrt" and she looks like an upside down v. lol fail

  • this gives bad advice, like most expert village clips.

she is barely even hitting her quads, glutes and hamstrings, shes basically just jumping into the air and then bending over forward which does absolutely nothing.

you have to hit below parallel (ie atleast 90 degree angle with legs) and keep your upper body up (chest up). exactly like a barbell squat except jumping

  • Workouts give girls crusty knickers.

  • shes so thick !

  • @TheHighway2 in all the right places =)

  • Take the jump squat challenge at Konkura.com and win a pair of Asic Gel trainers

  • If you land on your toes first, then it should be OK on the knees. Parkour knowledge I've read about.

  • @samirnp makes more sense to me thanks for that

  • not good on concrete... bad for knees :(

  • love your figure lady, and your voice too.

  • you should be in my life...

  • those hurt my kneeds

  • do you have knee problems ?maybe your form is off or maybe this just aint the exercise for you .you can get the same result minus the jump but this way is more effective .

  • this girl probably has a 60inch vertical

  • ow. ow. ow. ow. thx for the vid. I'll comment again when my jeans fit!
