Drum Rudiments: Single Stroke Roll

I'm not an experienced drummer yet, and I'm not criticizing this, but is this proper technique? I'm learning Moeller technique stuff, and I thought its proper to play from your wrist. To me it looks like this is more all of the arm or lower arm. in the end it looked like your wrists were not really even bending at all.

u can be fast if you just use your wrist more and not your arm, using your hole arm is to intensive and takes more energy

You should bring up the left stick while you hit with the right and vice-versa, even at slow tempo.

this video isn't meant to show off it's to show people what a single stroke roll is. haters need to chillllll. and for those who questioned this actually being a roll, it is. speed doesn't determine whether or not it is a roll. last time i checked there wasn't a required amount of BPM needed for a roll to be considered a roll.
