To SmurfAndBuffalo ~ I had in mind that years ago, when the older tv sets were turned off, they would show a small fading dot in the centre of the screen for about half a minute... The image you can barely see is the background pic from my channel page... This was one of my early uploads using WMM, so I wanted to keep it simple and also encourage focus on the lyric rather than imagery. That said, there are some excellent uploads of this with great complimentary imagery! ☼ ;-j

They existed between 1990-93 and made just two albums I think. @ the end, they worked with 'Old Billy Boy' Burroughs and then dissolved (lol, who wouldn't)!? In 1994 Michael Franti went on to form Spearhead and still performs with them.

Michael Franti and Rono Tse originally made a recording and release of this song back in the l@e '80s, during their first collaboration, as The Beatnigs.

It's an exceptional number for sure.
