@ShortieGotzStyle The pencil is LaCordi Cascade of Colors and it seems to be available only in Ukraine (or maybe in a few more countries in Europe).

@ShortieGotzStyle You're welcome. :) I haven't heard of that brand either. But I guess any soft khol pencil will work. It has to be pigmented and blendable. In her earlier videos Svetlana used a Peggy Sage pencil. There are other gurus who use Mac, some L' oreal khols or even the Essence blackmania pencil (which is a drugstore brand).
