x86. Alright now what are they going to do with app compatibility, as most modern apps are made for ARM, also what's the TDP?

@SiriusXification most apps are java. Some have ARM code (C/C++), but that can be recompiled and often is as there are different version optimized for different ARM cores. So they just need an x86 version of those apps.
