  • I hope that Claytons get fair justice, gets out of jail to be with his family again and gets treatment for his injury. So glad to have heard this story after having dealt with WCB (the real crooks). The WCB system is not working and the media Edmonton Journal, Edmonton SUN, CBC, Global TV, CTV all suck when it comes to real news thank goodness for youtube.

  • @coaldog1 The W,C.B. has history of torturing people and this has to stop.If a crimmal Lawyer unleashes the real corruption by the WCB your Lawyer at least may be able to share some light to the public eye and the more shall show and maybe shine we are all behind you Clayton thousands of bad stories just waiting to be relased I thought war crims are be dealt with .as far as \i am concerned this s worse the the Hallocust ,.,.,.,Good Luck Patrick

  • Patrick Clayton is a loser.

  • @deepinmyass ,,,LMAO that is sure asweet email...sure it is not spelt,,,<

    ohwellitisajob@getswetter aftereverystroke,,,,,, And by the way have met him or is it the excitment word you mostly use trying to grow

    (DEPINMYASS) typical I had something in my as in it was the WCB.and one silly littlr thorn

  • Patrick had the balls to do what every seriously injured worker thinks. He tried to raise awareness about how seriously injured workers are being treated.. There is a publication ban of WCB and no media coverage..

    Patrick is just like every one of us

    broken beat scarred... Peace Fighting WorkSafe B.C John Berfelo

  • WCB put Mr. Clayton in an impossible position, cutting him off benefits when he had pain and disability worsened by certain work activities. This happens to thousands of claimants. WCBs engage in other criminal activities such as fraudulent accident investigations. I support Patrick Clayton and encourage other workers to get more active as years of unsuccessful peaceful protests and petitioning have only seen WCBs get worse. If it is cheaper to be fair they will change; violence may b needed.

  • Leslie, your brother is a hero despite what the WCB and the media say. You should be proud of him my friend. He did what thousands think of doing every day......

  • Our hearts go out to you and Patrick, Injured workers are being denied workers compensation and medical care to save money for employers who actually don't give a shit about their workers; Workers Comp is legalized fraud, medical legal racketeering; If you are severely injured workers comp will do or say anything to deny you rehabilitation or retraining even if you need it;

    Injured Workers all across Canada are calling Patrick a HERO for standing up and bringing ATTENTION to this;

  • I have multiple spinal injuries and multiple shoulder injuries, in chronic pain which is devastating; Taking over 100 mgs oxycontin just to get minimal relief;

    WCB states my pain is subjective and that I can go back to work driving a semi-truck as there is no reason that i can't due my job; Last attempt at return to work, I couldn't sleep due to aggravation of injury causing ++++++PAIN which prevented sleep, after almost having a head-on collision;

    YOU CAN"T SLEEP IN SEVERE PAIN WCB IDIOTS;

  • @WCBvictim Your not alone, bud.

  • Patrick Clayton was not alone In the 1990's a man who lost his family and everything he owned took a much more violent approach. He loaded up his truck with his welding bottles and anything that would fly or explode. He parked beside the WCB and when he was about to soak the bottles with gas and crack the valves and flic his bic, he came to his sences and walked to the front of the WCB with a gas can. They thought he was going to burn him self alive. He recieved the mental help he needed.

  • @Ecoinventions2009 Hope he also received the financial help he needed. For me financial relief would help my mental functioning and thinking a great deal!! Unrelieved stress brought on by unrepentant WCB officers does not make for good feelings towards anyone especially the WCB who got you into that position.

  • I was hurt in Janurary 1987 I recieved a head, neck, Jaw (TMJ) injury I also have sleep apnea from the accident. I fought for 15 months to get covered by the WCB in Alberta. I was always told when our TMJ specialist approves your claim you will see benefits. The man they said could opperate on me and treat me and was one of the best. Was not a doctor only a dentist with no TMJ training at all his name was Dr J F sirdar. I won my appeal but it was over turned several years later. now on ASIH
