you might want to try a quick workout before breakfast as opposed to after. I hop on the treadmill for 20 minutes at 4:30 every morning, and because exercise pulls blood from stomach it's a natural appetite suppressant. @shed4life i actually tried that ...but when i wake up my sugar tends to be on the low side ....its rarely over 80 ...so when i exercise without eating it plummets and i go into hypoglycemic episodes ..and lets just say ..passing out on the treadmill isnt pretty lmao ..you fly off the end just like the cartoons show lmao ....i wonder tho maybe if i ate the carrots ..went to the gym and then ate the bigger meal after .would it work ? hmm you are making me think here. I like it !!! :)
