Stop coercively taxing them to fund fiddler websites, Federal Register door stops, etc. If someone doesn't want to purchase something, whether it be the waste in this video, the military-industrial complex, or even things that you think are worth purchasing, then don't force them to purchase it. The Campaign to Cut Waste. And I didn't hear about it until today. Lost in the flood of new bureaucratic programs. Like all the programs, it sounds like a fine idea in theory. But there couldn't be enough people in the government to see through every single program. I suspect it will fall by the wayside like so many others have. If he's serious about this he would get in touch with the people at Citizens Against Government Waste. They've done the research. He should implement their suggestions.

Here is a way to generate 10 million jobs. Complete the western water works and continental development project. Rebuild the irrigation, levi, drain, resevoir and pumping systems across the nation. For a global society of 20-100 billion people some of the river systems will need to be dug out and the bridges rebuilt in order to reflect that economy of scale. Especially if starflight is to ever be seriously considered. I think there may be a need for a heavy rail system for global economics.

One major way to shore up the economy is the use of MNRs for mineral and energy extraction. However, there would have to be a new generation of power plant for this application in order to consider the proliferation issue. The new plants have to be magnitude 4 made, use something that is hard to weaponize and gives a good return with a low emmissions crosssection. A weak kick turbine msr would probably do the job very nicely. Preference for lftr in near term.

One solution is to get a handle on the script, create a series of commodity and territory centric banks to issue script and encourage development of reasources and ideas. I have a better Idea, continue the federal register as a paid subscription because there are many people who would like to see it from time to time. Just stopping the printing of the register. That opens a can of interesting tasting worms. Also as a paid subscription it can be banded based on interest to inform private interests and public ones about grants and changes in the funding schemes that are going on across the board.
