hi Titli :) what kinda lamb meat is this... I mean which country? They are really fleshy, rarely see such fleshy chops in Indian Lamb. Please advice an option closest to the Indian Lamb.

BTW... I am a Big fan of Lamb Chops!!!! Yummmmm :P

@happychild4me These were lamb chops as seen in Europe. I have no idea how Indians cut their lamb joints. Maybe someone else can answer your question?

I just discovered your youtube video while looking for Kosher lamb recipes (I'm Roman Catholic, but after re-reading Leviticus two years ago I stopped eating pork and shellfish after realizing that Jesus never ate anything unlcean ). Do you have a good recipe for lamb shanks? To me they taste a little bit on the 'harsh' side and was curious if there is anything that would more or less rival that of a good leg of lamb?

@JRF1961 Hi Ronnie. I like to poke garlic cloves into a leg of lamb and rub over with olive oil and rosemary. Then pop in the oven to roast... :-)

Asalaamu'alikum I made your Spicy Desi Lamb Chops yesterday and my Desi husband ate all 2 lbs of them. He couldn't stop talking about them. I forgot the tomato paste but they still turned out great. He normally takes food to some of his friends but he refused to share these. Thank you so much!
