Für mich ist jede Religion das Gleiche wie der Glaube an Geister und Ausserirdischenentführungen. Nur mit dem Unterschied, dass deutlich mehr Menschen, vor allem Kinder, unter religiösen Spinnern leiden müssen, als unter den anderen beiden Memen.

Wenn Erwachsene religiös sind oder an Geister glauben ist mir das übrigens relativ wurscht - aber Kinder damit zu belästigen geht gar nicht. Das Video hier ist als Antwort auf den Film "The God Who Wasn't There" und "Jesus Camp" entstanden.

Doch, und es wird leider viel zu selten gemacht. Religiöse verkünden ihr Bekenntnis jeden Tag, Kirchen nerven Sonntags mit ihrer Ruhestörung. Gläubige verlangen ganz selbstverständlich, dass andere ihren öffentlichen Glauben akzeptieren.

Daher verlange ich umgekehrt dass sie meinen Nichtglauben akzeptieren.

Abgesehen davon ist das, was im christlichen Glauben kleinen Kindern beigebracht wird: "Ungläubige kommen für alle Ewigkeit in die Hölle" eine miese Form von Kindesmissbrauch.

Vielleicht hast Du es einfach nicht erlebt, wie schlimm religiöse Indoktrination ein Kindergehirn verwüsten kann. Der Autor des Films, von dem die "Blasphemy Challenge" ausgeht, hat genau das erlebt und der Film erklärt sehr gut, wieso es schlecht ist, seine Meinung für sich zu behalten.

(Ich stamme nämlich selbst aus einem religiösen und "Deine-Meinung-geht-niemanden-­was-an"-Elternhaus :-) )
