The best way to handle those Abobos (Bill Goldberg/Tyson) is to use the elbow. If memory serves me correctly, it's at 6 hearts. Have your back to the enemy and punch when he gets close. You'll probably get hit a couple times, but the attack is devastating to him.

And if you think the icicles are bad, just wait until the pushing blocks at the start of board 4.
