It looks to me like they removed all the old rotators and put leds in there place keeping the old housing/ dome. Interesting as others have said. I don't know that I would do that if you had colored domes though. Maybe if the dome was clear it would be more effective. It just seems that lumen output would be greatly reduced. Who knows?

I dont like this lightbar. This Lightbar would only look good if there are rotators. I dont like LEDs in lightbars like this.
