How do you like the Eastman? I have never played one, but they sure look beautiful and they all seem to sound beautiful as well. I have read someone say that they feel very delicate (due to the solid wood carve) and are somewhat neck heavy. Do you find that to be the case?
Eastmans are fantastic, I bought mine from my place of work ( fouldsmusicdotcodotuk)I have had it for two years and haven't found anything yet to tempt me away As we do a lot of Eastman the only ones I could say that are neck heavy are the El Rey guitars, which you can get upgraded at J.Hale music to have them weighted. All other models certainly aren't neck heavy. They are delicate whilst the thin nitro cellulose lets the instrument breathe and ages it can mark easily. (mine is covered)Thanks
Excellent arrangement and substitutions!!! Hey.. I have a bit of a weird question... I happen to be a lefty too and I am looking at the Eastmans... Would you recommend it as a jazz/crossover guitar?!?? Tone/playability/craftsmanship-wise?? I can't really hear the TRUE tone of the guitar through youtube... and I never had the fortune in seeing one around these parts.... Any "review" would be helpful!! As you can see, I play mainly on a Strat....
Hi, afraid i haven't i just transcribed but didn't write down Ted Greene's version using a program called transcribe then added bits to it off the cuff.

Superb! Hat's off from a fellow lefty guitarist. Hoping to acquire an Eastman myself. What a gorgeous sound! And a stunner to look at.

Would be be much a bother if you would transcribe it?
I like your arrangement very much, it was a difficult song to arrange for solo guitar.
